No Spam Policy

Rennlist has a ZERO TOLERANCE SPAM policy. Anyone spamming Rennlist lists, Web Boards, capturing e-mail addresses (in any way) will be immediately terminated, banned from this site, and reported to your ISP and other Internet authorities.

If you violate this policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.

Spam/spamming definition:

• Sending any e-mail with the Rennlist name, or any of our web site addresses, to anyone that has not requested this information from you first (see the the Rennlist Charter for acceptable practices within Rennlist).
  
  
• Sending any e-mail with the Rennlist name or to it's members within the Rennlist Site (Web Boards, mail list server, databases) at any of our web site addresses that is contrary to, or in conflict with, the Rennlist Charter.
  
  
• Sending any e-mail with the Rennlist name or any of our web site addresses, to any type of "lead" or "prospect" before you have received a request for more info from them.
  
  
• Using any e-mail addresses found within Rennlist to sign up any address to a mail list, private forum, public forum, unsolicited BULK MAILING or any/all e-mail that does NOT comply with OPT-IN services.
