Face the Music

Porsche is going to start making electric cars and it’s only a matter of time before the 911 is offered as an all-electric model. Stop crying, it’s not the end of the world. There are far worse problems to be had in the world of enthusiasts. What better way to start this new chapter in history than with enthusiasts heading the charge? We’ll touch on this later.

Stupid Torque

Have you ever been in a car so fast that you didn’t know what the hell was going on? Maybe it was the first GT3 you ever rode in or that neighbor's 993 Turbo when you were a kid. The “pinned me back in my seat” feeling that we all love about big horsepower cars isn’t horsepower at all: it's torque. This particular 911 likely makes more than enough to shame any McLaren on the market. It is still a 911…

Range Topper

The all-electric range is allegedly 250 miles though I’m sure it varies with how deliberate you are on the voltage pedal. It’s actually pretty reasonable as a machine to tool around in on the weekend and have a bit of fun in the canyons. I’m not normally a fan of electric vehicles like this, but in the chassis of a 911, I am an instant fan. What about you?

All the Right Mods

As a thing of beauty, this particular build is pretty high on the list. Done in a clean white paint that doesn’t distract from the classic lines of a Porsche the car is aided in appearance by ultra-wide fenders. It’s a motorsport-inspired build that screams classic with a modern twist. A Momo wood wheel with 3 spokes is a nice touch that keeps the incredible interior tied together.

Future Classic

This car is a comment of what will come in the future: people modifying electric cars the same way we modify gasoline cars to go faster while having more fun. When that happens the 911 should still be pushing to lead the pack. For that reason all-electric this car is one of the coolest modified Porsches in existence. Hope you enjoyed.
