1. Two Birds, One Porsche

Just last week, this gorgeous four bed, three bath house in Brisbane, Australia was supposed to be put up for auction but was sold just before that could happen for a cool $2.3 million. Included in the deal was a 1993 Porsche Carrera 911 reportedly worth $100,000. The owner decided to part ways with his Porsche due to difficulty getting in and out of it caused by arthritis. Instead of going to a dealer, he figured selling the car this way would kill two birds with one stone.

2. Just Toss in the Porsche

Back in July, a German millionaire purchased the most expensive house in Africa for €14.5 million. The three-story, seven bedroom home boasts incredible views of Cape Town, enjoyed from the infinity pool and anywhere else on the property. The buyer claimed the house would serve as a vacation property for his family. The cherry on top of this deal was the Porsche Cayenne as well as an Aston Martin DB9 that were thrown into the deal for no apparent reason other than the buyer walking through the garage and seeing cars he liked. 3. Famous Porsche

Back in 2012, actor Christopher Meloni, best known for his role as Elliott on Law & Order: SVU, put his three-bedroom, midtown Manhattan apartment up for sale for $12 million. To lure in buyers, the apartment listing stated that a then-new 2013 Porsche Panamera Hybrid would be included in the final sale price. Let's hope for that price the apartment came with a parking spot!

4. Porsche Incentive

Last year, developers in China facing mountains of debt came up with a few strategies to make buying their apartments in a complex in southern China more appealing. One such strategy was to offer a free Porsche to any buyer who purchased an apartment of theirs. Another was to offer as much as an 11 percent discount to the first 30 buyers. Such incentives have become commonplace in China, where developers feel the pressure to improve cash flow despite dropping real estate sales and prices. Could you imagine getting a free Porsche when purchasing an apartment in the states?

5. Porsche Design Tower

The Porsche Design Tower is currently under construction in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The luxury condo tower, designed by Porsche Design Studio, is 60 stories tall and will be one of the highest buildings in the city upon completion. One of the standout features of the tower's design is a car elevator that transports you in your Porsche from the street to the inside of your personal parking area right next to your dwellings. The penthouse was listed at $32.5 million and features an 11-car garage.

This tower is a billionaire's playground, even if the penthouse it out of reach, as each unit is equipped with enough room to display up to nine cars. Amenities include a spa, ballroom, game room, and movie theater; basically everything you could ever want when living in the lap of luxury. It's blasphemous to own a Porsche and not drive it, so let's hope the millionaires and billionaires who reside in the Porsche Tower will have better sense than to never leave.
