Paul Stephens' Restomod 911

Paul Stephens is among the top of the heap in the world of custom restomod 911 builders certainly in England, as well as across the globe. His latest work of art was revealed last month to be a tribute to the Le Mans Classic Race. The Clubsport 911 you see before you is up there in quality with the best of them, and that includes Singer.

Le Man Classic Race

The restomodded Porsche sporting the Le Mans Classic badge is based on Stephens' Clubsport model, which is built on a 964 base. The race was founded in 2002 by Automobile Club de l'Ouest and Peter Auto, and the stylish 911 celebrates the 10th race of the series.

Built From the Ground Up

Every body panel, interior element, and drivetrain part is rebuilt to perfection, making the Clubsport restomod even better than a new car. What's great about Stephens' work is that elements of the chassis and the body are redesigned to save weight and improve aerodynamics, making the Porsche faster around the track.

Power to the Wheels

The Clubsport 911 is powered by a 3.4-liter flat 6-cylinder engine that is capable of producing 300 horsepower. A Getrag 5-speed manual transmission puts the power down to the wheels with the help of a limited slip differential.

Light and Quick

The beautiful 964 restomod is incredibly nimble with a curb weight of only 2,138 lbs with the hardcore lightweight specifications. With a 0-60 time of 4.4 seconds, the performance of Paul Stephens' 964 is competitive with current 911 models in performance.

Brilliant Interior

The custom interior is meticulously built with a lot of effort and attention to detail going into every part. The seats are ST-style touring seats showing green, black, and white Le Mans Classic houndstooth inserts. The hand-stitched interior panels, the lightweight green floor mats, and aluminum footplates are among the awesome features of the Porsche's interior.

Only 10

The 911 in question cuts down on unnecessary features around the interior to save as much weight as possible. Even the passenger sun visor didn't survive the cut. Having been officially unveiled at the Le Mans Classic Race last month with price tags of around $330,000, the 10 lucky buyers will now have to wait until 2020 to take delivery of their Le Mans Classic Clubsport 911.
