Row Your Own

SUVs/crossovers and manual transmissions are not something that you typically see together, but the Porsche Cayenne has in fact been available with a stick in the past. However, as one might imagine, not a lot of people opted for this combination, making it a rare find these days. Case in point - this 2009 Cayenne GTS with a ZF six-speed manual that was recently up for sale on Craigslist is one of just 1,200 made, according to the seller.

Fun and Sporty

Out of that 1,200, just 128 made their way to the U.S., making this example a truly rare sight stateside. The stick also makes the sporty SUV quite a bit more fun to drive, especially since it's powered by Porsche's naturally-aspirated 4.8-liter V8 that was originally rated to produce 399 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque.

Minimal Wear

This triple-black Cayenne GTS also looks to be in pretty excellent condition and has just 91k miles on the clock. It was reportedly serviced by a Porsche tech, and there certainly doesn't appear to be any sort of damage or major wear anywhere, including inside the cabin. Heck, the seats look pretty much new, with just minimal creasing on the driver's side seat bolster.

High Price Tag

The seller doesn't provide much additional info about this stellar GTS, other than the obvious facts such as how it's been garage kept and properly maintained. The asking price of $55k seems a bit high, however, though there's no doubting the rarity of this particular machine.

Rare Occurence

Whether or not that makes it worth $55k, well, that's for buyers to decide. This ad has since disappeared, so it's unclear if it sold for that price or if it even sold at all. Regardless, it's just cool to see one of these rare machines pop up for sale at all, because there are so few of them that exist in the first place.
