1. RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF

RWB, the Porsche tuner in Japan, is famous for mixing tuning parts and styling elements popular in the Europe and Japan scenes. Their tuning shop is increasing in popularity worldwide, thanks to the internet, and it is now common to see the RWB Porsches not just roaming the streets of Tokyo, but in Germany and the USA too.

2. Widebody Invasion

One of the signature style choice of the RWB tuners is extremely stretched fenders with super wide wheels and tires on them. While filming a short film called Widebody Invasion, the streets of Tokyo were infested by hundreds of RWB Porsches from different eras, and they all have one thing in common: Their wide bodies.

3. One of a Kind

At the RWB shop, each customer gets to specify a number of different variable on their custom built Porsche, and there will most likely be none other like it. That's why all of these Porsches look unique, and each one has a completely different feel to it, though they all share a style and family resemblance.

4. The Meet

The 2017 RWB Porsche Tokyo meet was at a small car park next to the Hard Rock Cade in Roppongi, Tokyo. Roppongi is one of the more fashionable, popular, and wealthy  areas in Tokyo, meaning a Porsche 911 is not an unusual site, but there those Tokyo lights on these custom tuner Porsches were really something to see.

5. German Roars

For hours, the streets of Tokyo echoed with the rough, German roar of numerous Porsches, like a mechanical Wagner opera. The hand-built RWBs caught the eyes of all bystanders with their perfect, eyecatching paint jobs, and distinct features, but the sound of their exhaust lingered long after the cars were out of sight.

6. Baby Got Back

What started off as just a small country body-shop in Chiba-Ken is now a legendary shop with locations all around the world. You can find RWB shops in Tokyo, USA, Canada, UK, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Taiwan. If you want your 911 stretched to accommodate bigger rubber, or just to look badass, find your local RWB and just write them a big check.
